Job Identification

We are looking for the Cold Drink Equipment Associate to be a part of our Sales Operations & Capability Development team located in Almaty, Astana, Shymkent

What We Expect:

  • Conduct regular visits to distributors for stock counting and implementation of different CDE systems.
  • Resolve distributor issues and track KPIs related to cooler performance and stock management.
  • Coordinate barcode management with the sales team.
  • Monitor and train teams to improve cooler verification processes.
  • Effective monitoring of CDE agreements in terms of placement and movement cases.
  • Ensure financial transactions for unverified coolers and manage stock differences.
  • Provide training on systems like MyCooler and oversee induction for new distributors or sales team members.
  • Ensure smooth handover procedures to new distributors and reconciliation with ex-distributors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Work experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sales preferably
  • Language skills: English – Upper Intermediate
  • Advanced Excel knowledges, MS office confident user
  • Responsible, proactive, good communication skills
  • Competencies According to the Leadership Competence Model of CCI (IMPACT)
