Job Identification
Responsible for the timely and accurate maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register and the preparation of all required financial reporting. Provide support and resolve queries to internal customers relating to the fixed assets process. Constantly strive in finding ways in which the fixed assets accounting process can be further improved Ensure that fixed assets accounting is processed in compliance with CCI’s Accounting Policies and Procedures
What We Expect:
1. Deliver the highest quality of service as defined by the team leader in conjunction with the business units.
2. Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the team’s and Service Center’s overall objectives
3. Meet Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) and productivity targets.
4. Provide support to the team leader on the accounting and financial reporting processes supported by Service Center
5. Execute all closing operations as per defined timelines
6. Establish a good relationship with customers maintaining open communication channels and developing high standards for service delivery.
7. Ensure the accurate, timely and complete accounting for Fixed Assets in compliance with CCI Fixed Assets policy
8. Ensure compliance with CCI group accounting policies & asset related IFRS and local regulations, Service Center standard processes and Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs)
9. Ensure adherence with the monthly and yearly accounting reporting cycles
10. Actively identify control gaps and recommend possible solutions
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in an accounting role having a general knowledge of accounting principles
- Good command of English, both written and verbal is a prerequisite; Knowledge of one of the following languages will be an asset: Turkish, Arabic, Russian or any of the CA local languages
- Confident, self motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact courteously with customers with a high quality of service
- Ability to analyze customer needs through soliciting, evaluating and acting upon customer feedback
- Ability to coordinate with other internal departments to deliver a seamless service to customers
- Accepting/adapting to cultural differences
