Finance Analyst

Job Identification

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to be a part of our FP&A and Treasury team located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Job Obective of Finance Analyst is to analyze and control company’s manufacturing expenses and raw materials prices, calculate and monitor supply chain related financial KPIs, develop short-term and long-term business plans for the company and provide the company management and other departments with on-time and trustworthy periodic reports on various directions.

What We Expect:

• Analyze and control the state and results of the company’s and its departments’ operations;
• Analyze financial information and conduct its initial analysis to forecast the economic conditions with a view to using it further when making investment decisions and calculate future incomes and expenses;
• Analyze the information, which is further used in making company’s financial statements and calculation of financial indicators of the company and its departments
• Basing accounting statements and reports, conduct initial analysis of the company’s and departments’ operations, prepare proposals on elimination of shortcomings in expenditure of means, improvement of the production efficiency, consequent implementation of the economizing mode and documentation improvement measures;
• Take part in the development and implementation of measures aimed at compliance with financial discipline and rational use of resources.
• Take part in preparing production and sale plans, in developing cost norms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Management, Economics, Auditing & Accounting;
• Work experience: at least 3 years of experience in finance or audit;

• Advanced English in listening, speaking, reading;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office like excel, word, powerpoint, ERP like SAP etc.;
