What we expect

Customer Management

  • Prepare the people plan, foresee the needs, drive HR processes (talent management, recruitment, promotion / assignment, performance, training, remuneration, engagement) and develop necessary system / application suggestions according to business strategies of the customer Talent Moves (Recruitment / Promotion / Demotion / Lateral Move / International Assignment);
  • Clarify the need for recruitment requests, evaluate/ question required profile and features, to conduct Talent Acquisition process (i.e. competency based interview, assessment centers) in line with potential status of the department, internal balances, the difficulty of the position, fair placement etc;

Talent Management & Career Development

  • Prepare strategic talent management plans and succession for the account;
  • Drive Leadership team in terms of talent management and career development for themselves and the teams;

Employee Engagement

  • Analyse the results, report significant subjects to function leaders. To prepare action plan along with the business leaders and take / drive action;
  • Design and implement actions aimed to increase engagement / motivation / performance for related accounts;

Headcount Management

  • Analyse the headcount need in line with business requirement
  • Drive the budget planning process along with the Leadership Team and ensure the system updates

Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Detect L&D needs of related accounts and to collaborate with L&D team and function to meet those needs
  • Provide execution of performance management and to conduct PIP process accordingly

HR Process and System Management

  • Coordinate and ensure that all systematic steps are carried out; to maintain data, to provide system improvement suggestions to related partners at HR and DT

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ Years of experience in HR Business Partnership
  • 2 years of supervisory/middle management HR experience within an FMCG environment ideally;
  • Should have done one role in HR Center Of Excellence, Talent Management or Learning & Development
  • Proficiency in English language
