Job Objective
We are looking for the HR Executive (Compensation and Benefits) to be a part of our Human Resources team located in Almaty
What We Expect:
- Participation in a project on automation of HR processes
- Participation in preparation of budget, forecasting personnel costs, monthly reporting on factor analysis of deviations in/implementation of payroll
- Participation in the salary review
- Development and revision of current policies and procedures
- Preparation of monthly reports on HR indicators, headcount and staff costs
Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, complex formulas)
- English - Upper Intermediate and above
- Labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Experience in C&B – at least 3 years
- Experience in automating remuneration and performance management processes
