We are looking for Invoice processing Team Leader to be a part of our Finance Hub team located in Almaty, Kazakhstan
What we expect
Provide a complete service delivery as per defined Service Partnership Agreements(SPAs) to CCI countries, including Invoice Entry and Invoice Processing. Act as the main interface between FSC, Group Office and Country Finance and Procurement Organizations. Constantly strive in finding ways in which the invoice processing processes can be further improved. Support the country change management process.
- Meet Service Level Agreements and productivity targets.
- Deliver the highest quality of service as defined by the team leader in conjunction with the business units.
- Ensure timely and accurate Invoice Entry and Rejection, Invoice Processing and Posting
- Establish good relationship with customers maintaining open communication channels and developing high standards for service delivery.
- Lead, motivate a team, with responsibility for delivering compliance, accuracy and timeliness on defined services.
- Manage month end closing activities
- Serve as the key contact with internal and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with the CCI group accounting policies & IFRS
- Actively involved in Procure to Pay business process initiatives, both improvements and scope expansion
- Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks within the team and work with the team to generate potential solutions
- Provide input into continuous process improvement
- Ensure that all process controls are operational, actively identifying control gaps and recommend possible solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Major for Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics or another business-related field
- 6+ years in Procure to Pay roles including Invoices Processing with at least 2 years' management experience with a team below
- Ideally experienced in a Shared Services environment or at least a multi-site business
- Knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable Module (Knowledge of Readsoft would be an asset)
- Solid knowledge of general accounting principles
- Good command of English and Russian (both written and verbal); Knowledge of one of the following languages will be considered an asset: Turkish, or any of the CA local languages.

- Ability to coordinate with other internal departments to deliver a seamless service to customers
