Main Responsibilities

1. Effective management and control of the sales team to achieve the set of business objectives;
2. To determine the opportunities in the market and implement the activities, customer activation programs; 
3. To ensure the understanding of channel strategies by team, plan and coordinate the performance of entrusted channels in line with the strategy and business plan;
4. Coordinating the team to ensure customer satisfaction and company quality standards;
5. To ensure execution in customers according to signed agreement 

Main KPIs: volume, NSR, penetration of strategic assortment, active base increase, DSO, customer engagement score, service level, coolers/assets control KPI`s
