Job Identification

We are looking for the Sales Trainer to be a part of our Sales Operations & Capability Development team located in Almaty.

What We Expect:

  • Support assessment of capability needs of Sales through a robust TNA in close collaboration with on-ground sales teams to identify gaps that are need to be filled to achieve functional objectives.
  • Execute annual capability plan on ground in close collaboration with line leaders and HR teams in territory to enhance critical skills required to meet functional goals.
  • Deliver targeted training interventions based on 70-20-10 framework, leveraging technology and latest training methodologies to provide experiential learning to employees for functional and leadership skills development.
  • Execute Core Sales Programs and modules at territory level  with a keen focus on training impact.
  • Track and report utilization of approved territory training budgets, ensuring value addition to the organization through trained resources.

Qualifications, skills:

  • Higher Education in Engineering, Economics and Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, Russian and Kazakh. 
  • Having excellent organizational skills;
  • Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals;        
  • Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization;
  • Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives;
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions;
  • Applying understanding of the business environment and objectives to develop solutions without supervision, while also providing technical assistance when necessary;
  • Should be able to understand all types of systems and processes implemented in the organization along with its capability as to improve its efficiency moving forward;
  • Being able to negotiate and solve conflictual situation and create collaborative situations.
