Job Identification

We are looking for Trade Marketing Specialist to be a part of our Marketing team.

What We Expect:

  • Develop In-Store Communication Materials: Work closely with suppliers to design, approve, and implement engaging materials such as gondola ends, POSM displays, and other branding elements to improve visibility and shopper engagement

  • Support Product Launches and Promotions: Lead the development of marketing tools and materials for new product launches and campaigns in both traditional and modern trade environments.

  • Monitor Trends and Innovate: Stay on top of the latest trends in the FMCG industry and proactively develop innovative ways to enhance our in-store communication strategies.

  • Market Visits and Feedback: Conduct regular field visits to ensure marketing materials are effectively utilized and provide feedback to sales teams to align efforts

  • Warehouse Oversight: Manage the distribution and condition of marketing materials, including warehouse checks and reporting on outdated or damaged items

  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, agencies, and suppliers, to ensure timely execution of campaigns and materials delivery

  • Training and Development: Organize and deliver training sessions for sales teams on execution KPIs

  • Process Improvement: Support the integration of digital tools and systems to enhance the efficiency and impact of trade marketing activities

Qualifications:

  • A passion for the FMCG industry and an eye for identifying trends and consumer behaviors

  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative in-store communication solutions

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely execution of tasks

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across various departments

  • A detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Min 2 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing departments in FMCG

  • Fluent in English, Kazakh and Russian
