About This Opportunity

Finance Associate is a position responsible for supporting and preparation of the Company’s consolidated actual financial, budget and planning in accordance with the rules and regulations of CMB/ IFRS and internal management reporting standards.

What You Can Expect from The Role

  • Participate in Company’s income and expense budget planning;
  • Ensure financial analysis of the Company’s activity;
  • Ensure monthly BP / actual analysis of the company's cost items and prepare regular monthly/quarterly reports;
  • Support the company's departments and management on issues of budget planning and reporting;
  • Control operating expenses according to the budget and in accordance with the chart of accounts;
  • Control the costs of the company's activities in accordance with the approved budget;
  • Ensure financial analysis of the Company’s profitability;
  • Ensure the closing of the financial period in accordance with the schedule, and preparation of reports;
  • Interact with accounting and other departments during budget planning and financial analysis of the Company;
  • Perform detailed analysis of operating costs and study of deviations from the budget;
  • Keep trade secrets, which became known to employees within the course of their duties;
  • Strive to improve professional qualifications and capabilities;
  • Comply with internal labor discipline;
  • Perform written and oral orders (instructions) of the Employer and his/her job duties qualitatively, correctly, and timely;
  • Know and observe relevant policies, procedures, and instructions in the field of environmental protection, health & safety, food safety, and industrial hygiene, requirements, and standards of the company and Turkmenistan legislation regulating his/her activities.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, and Economics;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field, particularly accounting and finance;
  • Knowledge of Turkmen, Russian and English languages;
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel;
  • Excellent strategic planning skills and ability to interact with all levels;
  • Able to work independently and in a meticulous manner;
  • Knowledge of IFRS;
  • Ability to work with SAP system is preferred.
