Production Engineer

What we expect

  • Plan, develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure production and utility continuity
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned equipment
  • Ensure realization of production plans
  • Carry out production and utility activities according to the defined standards and take actions for continuous improvement of the processes, plan and implement required corrective & preventive actions
  • Develop work safety procedures, ensure compliance with safety requirements in the area of responsibility
  • Determine training needs of foremen, operators, technicians and development documents
  • Manage the lines OPEX budget and equipment investment projects
  • Develop production methods for improving the quality of the packages & products
  • Manage the spare parts stock level
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and 6σ requirements
  • Optimize production & utility costs and losses
  • Analyze the causes of increased wear, accidents and downtime of the assigned equipment, take measures to prevent these causes
  • Timely prepare and submit reports on the efficiency of use of energy, water, raw materials, spare parts, and the efficiency of the assigned equipment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably, Electrical, Electronical, HVAC)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant position at multinational company
  • Main technological processes of production and utility
  • English: Upper-Intermediate level
  • Good command of Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of AutoCad and SAP is preferable
  • Understanding of technical documentation
