Job Identification

We are looking for an Engineer to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Kazakhstan.

Main Responsibilities

  • ensure uninterrupted and technically proper exploitation and operation of equipment;
  • organize the development of schedules for revision, testing and preventing repairing of equipment, approve and control their implementation;
  • manage the development of norms on equipment repair, ensure the on-time filling of all needed technical documents, as well as provision with spare parts, materials and tools, etc.;
  • arrange the installation of new equipment and control its assembly and launch;
  • ensure operative control over provision with material and energy resources, technically proper exploitation of equipment and other assets, saving use of raw materials, fuels, materials; reveal, prevent and eliminate the reasons of production failures;
  • develop and execute measures aimed at preventing unplanned stoppages, prolonging the service terms of units and details, the inter-repair periods;
  • take part in preparing proposals on attestation, rationalization, accounting and planning of workplaces, on modernization of equipment, on reconstruction and technical re-equipment of the enterprise, on environment  protections; take part in developing production efficiency increase plans;
  • analyze the reasons causing equipment stoppages and product quality decrease, take part in development and implementation of measures aimed at eliminating the revealed shortcomings;
  • arrange operative accounting of product flows to workplaces and of implementation of production objectives;
  • manage the department employees and functions, who repair the equipment, buildings and company premises, arrange their qualification improvement;
