Job Identification

We are looking for a Sales Developer to be a part of our Sales team located in Kazakhstan.

What We Expect:

• Plan and implement promotions, activities and tailormade programs in line with annual plan via coordinating all these activities for local customers
• Coordinating sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and company quality standarts , efficient stock control and monioring delivery process
• Basic KPIs, consistent with ensuring the company's strategy, and to monitor the actual budgeted difference, take the necessary action
• Follow developments & trends and other companies in the market , to inform the management and navigate.
• On the job training for team
• Tracking equipment and cooler verification , and unprofitable coolers

Qualifications:

• University Graduate (Business Administration, Management, Finance etc.)
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales field positions 
• Intermediate  level English (preferable)
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
