Job Identification

We are looking for General Manager Assistant, who is responsible to provide daily support, managing schedules and handling communications, to be part of our team located in Baghdad-Iraq.

What We Excpect

  • Type correspondence, reports, and other documents accurately.
  • Maintain office files and ensure easy access to relevant information.
  • Open, distribute, and respond to incoming mail as necessary.
  • Take minutes of meetings and distribute them promptly.
  • Communicate with travel agencies and foreign governmental affairs offices to ensure precise and efficient coordination of GM business travels.
  • Maintain confidential records and files.
  • Process payments and prepare expense sheets related to GM activities.
  • Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies, and procedures.
  • Review and edit reports, including translation, photo editing, presentations, data entry, and email correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for GM-led meetings.
  • Manage procurement issues to ensure alignment with the company's policies and programs.
  • Book tickets and maintain travel arrangements for the GM, ensuring smooth execution of travel plans.
  • Assist in organizing and managing events led by the GM.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of corporate events or initiatives as directed by the GM.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by the GM to address pending issues or provide timely solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administrations or related business.
  • 3+ years ‘experiences in a CEO or GM assistant role.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is preferable.
  • Fluent language skills in both English and Kurdish.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
