Job Identification

We are looking for Marketing Executive who is responsible to drive brand & category business strategy and Identify gaps within all categories, brands & packs also manage value chain for product commercialization and take ownership for stage gate processes, to be part of our Marketing team located in Baghdad Iraq.

What We Expect

  • Develop Strategic Framework for Portfolio/ Consumer: Drive long-term vision, LRP, keeping in view strategic levers and tactical enablers to drive category & brand growth. Align, Sell & Execute Business Case for new launches & category opportunities.
  • Develop annual plans & drive consumer & portfolio segmentation strategy covering volume, revenue and P&L. Identify, prioritize and develop strategies to exploit current and new opportunities driving profitable business growth and IMC design & deployment.
  • Develop and Implement Consumer & Shopper Activation along leading relationships with other complementing companies (Joint Promotions). Develop shopper insights-driven category vision with brand teams by translating opportunity mapping into strategic key activations.
  • Identify current shoppers (PITA) opportunities/issues in collaboration with channel to drive solutions through differentiated shopper value proposition, PicOS, Planogram & Profit stories deployment
  • Driving channel specific activation of brand IMCs and provide shopper marketing support for customer engagements
  • Drive Category gap analytics (volume, market share, P&L, revenue, capacity build-up, VPO/Trade offers, peneteration, DME spend) and take necessary actions accordingly
  • Utilize global and regional best practices in a local manner for in-store activations & implement best practices of shopper marketing integrated marketing campaigns
  • New Launches & Commercialization: Stage Gate Management, Lead process of brief development, business case, key milestones & timelines. Manage prototype development & product testing. Align success criteria with all stakeholders. Effective communication & launch execution plan.
  • Operationalizing OBPPC - In collaboration with RGM, Define distinct pack roles within portfolio addressing specific high-value consumption occasions to capture whitespaces/ opportunities. Align proposed architecture with TCCEC and CCI management.
  • Liason with Supply Chain: Responsible for ascertaining sourcing, supply point, lead times, MOQs & demand. Manage financial implications & align stakeholders for business case/ before launch
  • Monitor post launch performance with reference to agreed benchmarks including top & bottom line & all commercial & supply chain cost heads. Raising red flags where necessary to avoid risk. Design, align & execute mitigation plans where gaps exist post launch for any pack/brand/territory.
  • Cross functionally collaborates with relevant stakeholders for the ideas development & execution along with territory & region specific brand/ category plans & channel promotional guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing or engineering. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in functional and marketing sector 
  • Highly analytical.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to lead and manage systems and cross-functional projects.
  • Able to travel (domestic and international).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP and Warehouse Management.
  • Advance in English.
  • Openness to change and diversity.
  • Ability to work in team.
  • Quality orientation and result oriented.
  • Good knowledge of CCI Business Systems.
  • Managerial and/or other functions experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-function teams, upper management and Corporate.
