Job Identification
We are looking for a PAC Specialist who is responsible for supporting the external and internal communications, support and implement corporative-social responsibility projects, and maintain communications with state bodies located in Baghdad, Iraq.
What We Expect
- Provide specialist advice to Head of Corporate affairs and sustainability and assist in the formulation of Government and External Relations strategies and policies related to CCI in Iraq.
- Building strong relations with key government officials, public corporates, and media agencies.
- Develop Government relations, Internal and external communications strategies to use in resolving CCI operational challenge in Iraq.
- Lead on the internal communication channels (press, email, meetings … etc.).
- Prepare media kit and speeches for internal and external purposes.
- Prepare press-releases for internal and external media.
- Develop daily and monthly reports for communications team in Iraq
- Establish good relations with key speakers and opinion leaders in Iraq.
- Assist Head of CAS on CCI reputational risks in Iraq.
- Lead CCI Iraq CSR programs in Iraq, in line with the CCI vision with account of the key aspects of environment protection.
- Lead an effective internal and external communication on CSR issues to contribute in maintaining the image and reputation of CCI Iraq.
- Lead CSR events in Iraq, in collaboration with relevant departments.
Qualifications
- Experience in public and private sectors for at least 5 years.
- Bachelor's degree in political science.
- Advance in English is required.
- Computer literate.
- Good knowledge of government processes.
- Ability to manage requests efficiently and effectively.
