Job Identification
We are looking for a Sales Developer to be part of our sales team located in Iraq
What We Expect
- Ensure volume targets are met and suggest new ways to generate more sales.
- Provide accurate sales forecast of area.
- Increase the number of outlets by new customer acquisition and maintain current outlet base.
- Analyse SFE KPI’s and suggest ways to improve them and ensure that all data in the sales information systems pertaining to his/her area is cleansed, validated, and updated on a regular basis.
- Ensure Daily In-Outlet Execution is carried out as per PicOS and RED criteria.
- Ensure proper execution of all marketing initiatives in his area Regular customer visit according to route plan.
- Monitor and report competitor activity in his/her assigned area and suggest ways to counter them.
- Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e., Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage, Outlet Activation material etc.
- Ensuring cooler efficiency.
- Maintain customer collaboration and relationship with all the customers in his/her area by special focus on 20% of total outlets to ensure that they remain loyal.
- Ensure proper handling of all customer complaints in 48 hours as per company guidelines.
- Maintain an updated fact sheet on every customer & explaining the profit story to the costumers.
- Responsible for Advance ordering, settle receivables, stock management, return product rate, guiding to set up routes and other issues.
- Managing, motivating, training, and coaching his team
- Create, sign, and manage the performance of concessions
- Sending Sales presentation on monthly basis.
- Managing annual leaves of his\her team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of Business or any related degree
- 2 years of experience in functional and sales sector.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to lead and manage sales systems and cross-functional projects.
- Highly analytical.
- Ability to travel if necessary (domestic and international).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.
- Upper Intermediate in English (and local language if an expat).
- Openness to change and diversity.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Quality orientation & result oriented
- Upper Intermediate in English (and local language if an expat).
- Potential to be promoted to key sales roles in the country.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of CCI Sales Systems.
- Managerial and/or other functions experience is a plus.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-function teams, upper management and Corporate.
