Job Identification

  • Process and post daily bank transactions (payments, receipts, fees, interest, etc.) into the accounting system accurately and in time.
  • Support payment processing activities including vendor payments, payroll, and other transfers.
  • Communicate with banks for transaction clarifications and issue resolutions.
  • Assist with daily treasury operations, including cash management and liquidity monitoring, and prepare a daily cash report.
  • Record, monitor, and reconcile treasury transactions such as deposits, loans, etc.
  • Support audits (internal and external) by providing timely access to requested documents.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury and bank accounts.
  • Classify, label, and index documents for easy retrieval and secure storage.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or a related area.
  • Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and good knowledge of English
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bank reconciliation practices.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
