We are looking for a Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Azerbaijan.

What We Expect:

  • Ensuring supply availability to completely fulfill all customer orders and managing end-to-end order-to-delivery cycle with related KPIs.
  • Tracking and continuously monitoring service level parameters with customers like operating model, order lead times, order sizes, to run the business at these aspects.
  • Managing Co-packer operations for products which have not inhouse production capability.
  • Planning upcoming inserts/promotions plans together with sales and marketing teams in case to fulfill orders on time.
  • Managing account and product master data for key customers. Implementing Electronic Data Interchange systems for online order processing.
  • Triggering intercompany shipment plans to fulfill customer orders.
  • Making feasibility analysis of different types of Customer Supply Planning Network Models to decrease cost to serve.
  • Measuring service level and hand-shaking with customers, analyzing root-causes of low service level and taking necessary actions to eliminate it.
  • Periodically, visiting customers for balanced score card tracking and making alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration etc.
  • Total 2-4 years experience, 2 years of experience in Function is preferred.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • The deep knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Action oriented, conflict management, communication, teamwork skills, strategic mindset.
