•           Xəttin  effektiv və keyfiyyətli çalışmasını təmin etmək. Xəttin məhsuldarlığını artırmaq;

•           İstehsal gücündən, işçi qüvvəsindən, avadnlıqlardan, habelə şirkət xarici ehtiyatlardan planlama, təşkilatçılıq və minimum dərəcədə zərər çıxarmaqla səmərəli şəkildə istifadə etmək;

•           İş proqramına uyğun operatorların vəzifələrini təyin etmək;

•           İstehsal xətt maşınları üçün günlük, aylıq, illik yağlama və texniki təmir proqramını hazırlamaq;

•           İstehsalın gedişində qarşıya çıxan xətaları aradan qaldırmaq;

•           Xətt materialların effektliliyinə nəzarət etmək;

•           Xətt maşınlarının səmərəliliyinə və dayandırılmasına nəzarət etmək;

•           SAP baxım və istehsal modullarını istifadə edərək proseslərin və fəaliyyətlərin qeydini aparmaq;

•           Operatorlar arasında nizam-intizama nəzarət etmək;

Tələblər

•           İstehsal sahəsində minimum 2 il iş təcrübəsi,

•           Texniki ixtisas üzrə bakalavr təhsili,

•           İstehsal prosesi bilikləri,

•           Problem həll etmə bacarığı,

•           Komandada işləmə bacarığı,
