What We Expect:

 

  • Working as part of the team managing orders in SAP, both automatically generated through Fair share and manually created, and preparing orders for shipment based on the ideal product locations.
  • Comparing replenishment orders with the real-time Distributor stock capacity and reporting to the manager.
  • Reporting orders stuck due to credit limit to the manager and providing information about prioritized critical products.
  • Monthly volume forecasting for Key Accounts demand, monitoring sales trends and evaluating inserts & activity and special pack demands with sales team.
  • Ensuring supply availability to completely fulfill all customer orders and managing end-to-end order-to-delivery cycle with related KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Managing account and product master data for key customers. Implementing Electronic Data Interchange systems for online order processing.
  • End-to-end managing order process and ensuring customer engagement by collaboratively working with sales, marketing, supply and procurement departments.
  • Monitoring and reporting daily whether products are shipped from their ideal locations to Distributors.
  • Tracking daily order placement targets of relevant Distributors and Sales Centers and reporting to the manager.
  • Assisting in load distribution among plants considering daily transportation capacities.
  • Measuring service level and hand-shaking with customers, analyzing root-causes of low service level and taking necessary actions to eliminate it.
  • Developing customer projects like on shelf availability, customer warehouse replenishment (CMI), measuring In-Store Availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration etc.
  • Total 5-6 years experience, 1-2 years of experience in Function is preferred.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • The deep knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Action oriented, conflict management, communication, teamwork skills, strategic mindset.
