What we expect:

  • Design and governance of category pack&price architecture (OBPPC)
  • Aligning SKU based volume forecast with all stakeholders, based on commercial insights, sales data, consumer metrics, Supply Chain plans, marketing initiatives and competition (marketing, sales, finance, sc,).
  • Governing and leading the forecasting and demand planning processes in conjunction with the revenue growth strategies, preparation of monthly rolling estimate price figures
  • OBPPC initiatives and SKU optimization
  • Responsible for objective list and delist decisions of the portfolio aligning with the commercial stakeholders
  • Mix Management (Support identifying & monitoring optimal assortment mix by category, channel & customer)
  • Development & deployment of specific KPIs, Tracking tools and RGM tools/systems, PITA analysis
  • Understanding industry structure, category dynamics, our position in the category, imperatives for our business
  • Being involved in commercial LRP and SBP processes and ensure ABP compliance to long term strategies.
  • Operate revenue growth objectives and balance of growth keeping sustainable growth equation
  • Deliver scenarios and assess impact of competitive actions based on history and publicly communicated messages about pricing strategy
    Responsible for creating and evolving the price elasticity regression models and leverage the output to create ad-hoc analysis or assist short / mid-term decision making
  • Builds the guidelines for pricing & packaging architecture and governs the process for the shopper marketing teams to execute
  • Drive strategic mitigation plans to meet company objectives in VUCA world
  • Coordinate and lead sales & marketing teams in the development of channel strategies;
  • Own multipack business and ensure quality growth in terms of transactions, mix in total business as to increase home penetration

Qualifications:

High education in Business administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance
