We are looking for a Supply Chain specialist to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Azerbaijan.

What We Expect:

  • Manage the work of the warehouse of finished products and raw materials of the plant and rented warehouses for the receipt, storage and release of inventory items, for their placement, taking into account the most rational use of warehouse space.
  • Organize briefings in accordance with the legislation of the Azerbaijan for SGP employees on the rules of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation, fire protection and first aid.
  • Take part in the development and implementation of measures to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations, reduce the cost of transportation and storage of goods-tangible assets, introduce modern computer technology, communications and communications into the organization of warehouse management.
  • Train and develop inventory team members as required to meet goals and objectives across all shifts; Manage the warehouse labor force using technology (WMS) performance reporting tools.
  • Ensure the safety of stored goods-tangible assets, compliance with storage and accounting regimes (raw materials, finished products, bottles, boxes, pallets).
  • Draw up the established reporting, keep operational records of the movement of raw materials and finished products in the electronic system used in the company.
  • Conduct individual business assignments of his/her immediate supervisor, report to plant manager about all identified shortcomings in the work of the unit entrusted to the employee, as well as on the results achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Technical, Business Administration etc.
  • Total 3 years’ experience, 1 year of experience in Warehouse is preferred.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • The deep knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Problem solving, result-oriented, communication and teamwork skills.
