We are looking for an Customer Order Fulfillment Associate to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Kazakhstan. 

What we expect:

  • Collect and distribute daily stock reports from Company warehouses.
  • Prepare and send weekly reports on near-expiry products.
  • Ensure timely supply of products from different Company plants to warehouses; monitor inter-plant transfers.
  • Track replenishment of reserve stocks at plants and warehouses.
  • Understand distributor categories: sales volumes, shipment types and volumes.
  • Know the ideal source for each product, distributor, and customer.
  • Launch FairShare accurately and on time; report any inconsistencies to data administrators.
  • Work with Doc Robot and EDI platforms.
  • Update product catalog and customer database in SAP.
  • Create and fulfill all types of requests, considering shipment method (truck/wagon/pickup).

Qualifications:

  • University Graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the sphere 
  • Language skills: English– Upper-intermediate
  • Computer skills: Power Point, advanced Excel skills
