Job Identification

We are looking for an Engineer to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Kazakhstan.

What We Expect

  • take part in annual inventory of Company assets;
  • organize on-time preparation of the production, the most effective loading and trouble-free operation of the equipment;
  • keep all the accounting and technical documentation of the shop;
  • receive raw materials and deliver finished products to the warehouse;
  • organize and control scheduled preventive repair, maintenance and cleaning of the shop equipment;
  • ensure technically correct operation of the equipment, economical expenditure of raw materials, fuel, materials; reveal, prevent and    eliminate the reasons of violations in the production technology;
  • keep account of expendables, spare parts and tools, in due time transfer order for them to the supervisor;
  • look for and use additional production reserves to increase the labor productivity, decrease the labor input and product cost;
  • provide the supervisor with the requested reports and data on the shop work, control the products parameters together with quality department;
  • control the implementation of obligations by the companies running the equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • University Graduate (Engineering degree).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in technical maintenance of production equipment.
  • Knowledge of bases to work with injection and molding cars.    
  • Language skills: English– Upper-Intermediate.
  • Computer skills: PC user (MS Office).
