Job Identification

To lead and optimize logistics operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and timely transportation of goods from the plant to market. Committed to implementing and upholding road-to-market safety standards, fostering a culture of accountability and compliance, and driving innovation to enhance delivery performance. Through strategic coordination, data-driven insights, and strong collaboration with stakeholders, we aim to reduce risks, optimize costs, and provide exceptional service to meet business objectives and customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordination of all logistics activities
  • Management of logistics teams at 3 plants. 
  • Control over the shipments of products Kazakhstan by rail and road
  • Planning of transportation of goods according to the sales plan and monitor the process or delivery, loading and dispatch of transport to distributors.
  • Managing all in country Logistics OPEX and CAPEX budgets. Preparation of an annual detailed business plan.
  • Implementing, harmonizing, and applying correct Logistics solutions by measuring 3PL logistic performance against established KPIs.
  • Manage contracts, select suitable vendors, and identify and monitor KPIs related to service levels.
  • Lead, manage, develop the people to deliver the results with highest efficiency and productivity.
  • Compliance with food safety requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with driver working hours, rest periods, speed limits, and telematics reports to prevent safety violations
  • Prepare and present performance reports, safety audits, and compliance summaries to senior management.
  • Monitor key logistics metrics, including delivery times, transport costs, idle times, and GPS reports, to identify improvement opportunities
  • Road to Market Safety Standards implementation in KZ

Candidate Education

Minimum Education Level - Bachelor's Degree.

Major preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or International Trade.
English Language proficiency - Advanced
