Job Identification 

We are looking for a Supply Chain Associate to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Kazakhstan.

What We Expect

· implement and control transportation of material values

· ensure in-time implementation of month wagon plans

· check in transportation and shipment documents

· plan goods delivery in line with the set up sales plan

·  track supply and loading of transports and their delivery to warehouses of subsidiaries and distributors

·  arrange product shipment to regions with account of the permissible norms

·  check in applications for regions, wagon shipment

·  make reports for accounting

Qualifications

  • University Degree
  • Knowledge and skills:
  • normative materials regarding product transportation arrangement;
  • terms of the current distributor contracts;
  • rules and terms of railway and road transportation in Kazakhstan;
  • terms of defining the total shipment volume;
  • quality system instructions and requirements;
  • accounting documentation;
  • terms of contracting on goods transportation and storage;
  • making PR and controlling PO.

 

  • Additional requirements:  Driver license (B category)
  • Language skills: English Upper-intermediate 
  • Computer skills: PC user Word, Excel.
