We are looking for a Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Lead to be a part of our  team located in Kyrgyzstan.

This role is pivotal in driving our corporate affairs and sustainability agenda across the region, ensuring alignment with CCI’s global strategy and local priorities.

 

What we expect

  • Develop and implement integrated corporate affairs and sustainability strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, media, and local communities.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication of CCI’s sustainability performance and initiatives.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
  • Lead sustainability reporting and support
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sustainability performance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in corporate affairs, public relations, or sustainability roles.
  • Strong understanding frameworks and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex projects across functions and geographies.
  • Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Kyrgyz is an advantage.
