We are looking for Procurement Category Specialist to join our team in Kyrgyzstan.

What we expect:

Implement procurement activities at Central Asia HUB procurement for Indirect categories (MRO, Spare Parts, Chemicals and Lab for CA CCI countries) to ensure lowest cost with highest quality and on time supply to support sustainable profitable growth in line with CCI Vision.

1. Support sourcing event drafts and contracting needs for category group at the regional level and according to procurement strategies determined by corporate;

2. Provide support to the Procurement Category Lead in strategy building, category analyses, market analysis, and category reporting to drive negotiations and supplier selection;

3. Support the execution of sourcing events within provided spend limits as determined at corporate category group level.

4. Ensure all procurement activites to align with CCI policies, audit expectations, and countries Legislation;

5. Maintain good utilization for eProcurement tools made available by CCI;

6. Develop and source alternatives to bring new local/global suppliers into the system, to engage in problems with suppliers such as quality, delivery, payments etc.,  create contingency plans. 

7. Utilize reporting and analytics to drive key strategies and decisions for the category group;

8. Monitor industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and exploit emerging opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/Finance/Business Administration)
  • Experience in procurement min 2 years
  • Multitasking, stress resistant, analytical skills, commodity knowledge
  • Interview/qualification check in the company.
  • Experience in a regional or global matrix organization.
  • Experience in category management (commodity management) in the field of procurement.
  • The "Procure to Pay" (P2P) process.
  • Knowledge of the principles of sustainable supply (Supply Sustainability).
  • Experience in working with ERP systems.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting.
  • Russian and English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • SAP (preferred) and other procurement programs.
  • Confident use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI.
