Job Identification

We are looking for a RGM Specialist to be a part of our Marketing team located in Kyrgyzstan

What We Expect

  • Lead volume forecasting cycle based on commercial insights, sales history, OOS analysis, price points, marketing & trade initiatives and market competition aligned with related stakeholders (marketing, sales, finance, sc, e.g).
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with SMs and ASM to prepare SM & Brand & Channel & Generic monthly forecast
  • Co-Lead development of Portfolio Mix Strategy and Channel actions for profitable value and volume growth and to drive development of Product Mix plans at the channel level
  • Prepare and regularly upgrade volume forecasting model, assessment for outliers, make analysis of building blocks and work on forecasting accuracy increase.
  • Execute the annual business plan commercial recommendations including brand/pack growth rates based on market dynamics and internal mix priorities.
  • Cascading SBP and BP processes down to Channel plans and ensuring these plans meet consumer & customer objectives in addition to being sufficiently focused and stretched to meet P&L objectives.
  • Contribution to defining Modern Channel promotion strategy with Account Managers in-line with pack roles and commercial strategy. Setting robust governance models for execution & trade promotions in Modern Trade
  • Leading the growth and development of Trade Promotion Optimization capability. Assessing historical promotional event performance, aid in the design of new promotions to maximize ROI and improve predictive capabilities for forecasting.
  • Creating promotion guidelines & guardrails and setting governance mechanisms.
  • Assisting sales team across Kyrgyzstan in terms of tailor-made cross promotions and necessary discounts mechanics to close gaps where needed. Carrying out the alignment process of regional trade promotion actions via strongly analysed data with Sales Managers / Area Sales Managers.
  • Set and execute pricing strategy based on long-term OBPPC strategy (price points, indecies vs competitors, price pack architecture)
  • Market analysis, study of competitive advantage
  • Conducting and coordinating marketing research

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance / Economics / BA

• Excellent level of Excel

• Knowledge of English upper intermediate

• High analytical skills

• High self-organization skills, initiative, ability to work with a large amount of information, communication skills
