Job Identification

Implement procurement activites at Turkey procurement for indirect categories to ensure lowest cost with highest quality and on time supply to support sustainable profitable growth in line with CCI Vision.

What We Expect

  • Ensuring the creating of  POs and Framework Contracts at agreed prices for the set suppliers related to the categories managed by the group office or central procurement, following up the operational process, tracking the delivery of POs, tracking the goods receipt and invoice receipt.
  • Arranging and tracking neccessary contracts with the suppliers
  • Ensuring all procurement activites to meet within CCI policies and audit expectations.
  • Create monthly procurement reports in line with targeted KPIs.
  • Conducting supplier research, taking offers from Dprox system, SAP purchasing operations Effective collaboration with cross functional departments both for daily operations and understand their needs.
  • Evaluate and track supplier performances (scorecards) .
  • Managing purchasing processes  (Organizing, following up and executing supply processes)  in order to annual purchasing goals.
  • To follow the closure of the POs created, to engage in the solution of invoice / payment problems with the supplier.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Intermediate level in both written and spoken English 1 years of Procurement Experience  
  • Preferred Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications
  • Good communication skills Good team player, result oriented with positive attitude
  • Effective time management
  • Resourceful in solving problems
  • No travel restriction Procurement / Negotiation experience
  • Good cooperation between functions, communication skills, resourceful in solving problems
