We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to be part of our Marketing team located in CCI Tajikistan, Dushanbe city 

Mission Statement

Mission of this role is  to : 

• Develop measures for high-demand goods and services.
• Promote balanced production and services, propose product changes, set prices, and ensure planned sales and market expansion.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
• Forecast sales, create demand, and identify effective sales markets.
• Investigate factors impacting marketing, demand types, and purchasing power.
• Improve market research support.
• Develop programs to create demand and recommend markets based on resources.
• Propose improvements for product quality, consumer properties, and market expansion.
• Analyze competition, tax, price policies, and sales factors.
• Control sales performance, compare results to goals, and address market deviations.

Main Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree 
• English level upper-intermediate
• Experience min 1 year and above in marketing
• Multitasking, stress resistant, analytical skills, commodity knowledge
  Strong negotiation and communication skills.
