What we expect

1. Achieve planned sales volume and revenue targets by effectively managing the team (pre-sellers, merchandisers, hot sellers, etc.).

2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and proactive support.

3. Expand the customer base by identifying potential clients using EOS and attracting unaffiliated retail outlets.

4. Manage market assets and ensure their effective use in accordance with company standards.

5. Ensure high-quality execution at retail points in line with CCI’s commercial and marketing principles.

6. Monitor sales of key SKUs, identify deviations, and take corrective actions aligned with channel strategies.

7. Conduct daily market visits and train pre-sellers to improve their performance.

8. Organize training programs and regularly evaluate team performance to foster development and increase productivity.

Qualifications

1. Higher education (in economics or management)

2. Conversational level of English

3. 1 to 3+ years of sales experience

4. Ability to multitask, stress resistance, analytical skills, and product knowledge

5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
