We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join CCI Tajikistan, Dushanbe.

What we expect:

  • Ensure product and process quality in line with CCI standards and global beverage industry regulations

  • Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure product safety, consistency, and compliance

  • Conduct regular inspections, quality tests, and internal audits across raw materials, packaging, and final products

  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for quality incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

  • Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and key quality metrics (defect rates, non-conformities, consumer complaints)

  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality beverages

  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Education: Higher professional degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance or Production within the food or beverage industry

  • Knowledge of beverage processing technologies, food safety, and quality control systems

  • Strong communication and reporting skills

  • Intermediate or Upper Intermediate level of English

  • Proficient in MS Office and quality-related software/tools
