Mission Statement

Manage shift operation of PET line with end to end responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

To make the daily work distribution of the operators to realize the demands from the production planning.

"Ensure that the machine, process and quality assurance work instructions and procedures are followed for

quality and efficient production"

Manage the product changes according to the procedures.

"Perform daily, monthly and yearly maintenance of the production lines, solve the breakdowns and record

them in accordance with the related procedures. "

Ensure cleaning and order of the working area in accordance with GMP and 6S rules.

"Participate in internal audit and GMP practices and to ensure corrective and preventive actions for

nonconformities."

Ensure that the wastes are separated at source and taken to waste areas

"Ensure that failure / stop records of the machinery and equipment are kept in SAP. Report nonconformities

and take corrective and preventive action."

Make necessary raw material, auxiliary material demands.

Ensure SAP, TREX, pallet barcode systems are used properly.

Follow and support the development areas of operators

Follow the annual leave and overtime of the operators.

Ensure timely maintenance of machines to improve the LE & yield. 

Work to improve the EUR & WUR at Line 

Candidate Education
