Boiler Operator (Hattar / Haripur)

Objective

To carry out production and maintenance activities for the machinary and equipment assigned /to be asigned to 
him/her in accordance with quality, manufacturing and occupational safety standards 

Main Responsibilities

Keep line and material efficiency at or above the targeted value 
Operate all the machinery and equipment on production line efficiently
"Prepare required reports and forms daily, weekly or for given periods in accordance with related 
procedures and instructions"
"Perform daily, monthly and yearly maintenance of all machinery and equipment on production line to 
solve the breakdowns and to record them in accordance with the related procedures."
Perform daily checks and lubrication of machinery and equipment

Comply with safety, food safety and environmental system rules in all works done.
"Monitor material efficiencies and machinery and equipment ‘s performance and take corrective 
actions accordingly to reduce waste and increase the performance."
Ensure cleaning and order of the working area in accordance with GMP and 6S rules. 
Separate wastes at the source and take them to the relevant waste collection area.
Report nonconformities and to take corrective and preventive action accordingly.
Make product and/or package change in accordance with the procedures.

Candidate Education

First or Minimum Second Class Boiler Engineer Certified
