Job Objective
This position is responsible to work closely with Admin Affairs Manager for implementing and executing administrative activities at Territories.
Main Responsibilities
Support in managing seamless service to CCI Tenants with respect to utilities, housekeeping and responsible for billing and collection of rentals.
Coordinate with landlord of related premises for smooth operations of HAVC, Gen Set, Lifts and manage timely rental payments
Coordination with Function for Audit Field work which includes (SGP, KORE) to ensure compliances.
Monitor corrective action plan to ensure compliances.
Responsible for the verification and payment processing of all utilities bills of related territories.
Responsible for uploading record bills of all suppliers and vendors of related territory for admin services.
Responsible to initiate and manage purchase requisitions related to admin services and follow up with procurement for the timely issuance of purchase Order.
Close coordination with functions to arrange the supplies which include stationery items, entertainment and courier services.
Close coordination with Central Com & Ben Team for the employee attendance of respective territories and provision of related data information which includes Over times details, Loan Application for salary advances and provident fund & Clearances of outgoing employees.
Responsible for record keeping & safe custody of admin related agreements.
Responsible for booking and payment processing of local & domestic travel tickets & hotel bills of CCI employees.
