Job Identification 

We are looking for a Distributor Executive to be a part of our Sales team located in Kars.

 

What We Expect

  • Realizing monthly volume & revenue targets
  • Following up and directing the team to increase the penetration of CCI products
  • Enhancing the quality of execution by increasing RED and SOVI scores
  • Developing and increasing sales of current distributors in specified region to achieve company targets
  • Visiting specified customers in his/her region/channel regularly
  • Developing sales and execute customer engagement based on before and after sales services
  • Creating strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Identifying the execution opportunities and convince the customers to implement them
  • Providing all the necessary sales, execution, and customer management actions to realize business targets to all customers by managing distributors and distributor sales developers
  • Effective cooler management (placement, efficiency, and verification scores)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus
  • Proficiency both in Turkish language and English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at FMCG sector (Food/Beverage industry experience preferred)
  • No travel restriction
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
  • Willing to locate in Kars
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people
  • Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e., CCSD, Customer, Field
