Mission Statement

Perform on line inspection to ensure Process, Product & Package specification must be met.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor startup and shutdown of high speed automatic lines as per SOP.
• Perform line inspection & maintain records of all tests related to product, package parameters including blown PET bottles as required by plant’s quality plan.
• Ensure compliance of sensory procedures as required by KORE.
• Timely detect, identify and response towards problems related to product and process. Report, communicate and keep records in case of all nonconformities. 
• Ensure 100 % compliance to documentation and record keeping as per standard procedure including logging, tagging of physical retention samples.
• Carry out the quality checks deemed necessary and carry out necessary analysis in the laboratory in accordance with GLP
• Perform incoming material inspection when required.
• Follow CIP as per CO Matrix. Draw relevant samples and maintain all records.
