Mission Statement

This role will be key in terms of creating the sustainable growth of online Online B2B customers in Pakistan. This role will ensure healthy growth of online customers not cannibalizing from offline business but creating an incremental sales opportunity to improve penetration and trial of our brands.

Main Responsibilities

1- Customer Engagement Score / Customer Satisfaction Score.
2- Customer management for Online B2B customers delivering the Key Success Metrics ( Volume, Turnover, NSR/UC, Mix, OTIF, CFR)
3-Execute the right promo and sku mix strategy in online B2B customers
4-Deliver the trial and penetration targets across online B2B customers
5-Defining the Tiering and market segmentation for PK
6-Start value share tracking in eRetailers
7-Improve Value share via improving visibility and smart promo share in eRetailers

Candidate Education

Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
