Job Objective

Lead the D&I and Engagement portfolio across CCI Pakistan in collaboration with the HRBP Support Function and D&I Engagement Manager. Drive cultural transformation and enhance employee engagement to build a high-performance organization. Align HR strategies with business goals by partnering with leadership, executing HR processes for GO employees, and ensuring policy implementation as per CoE guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Human Rights Portfolio: Support the HR BP Support Functions & WPR Manager to implement the corporate Human Rights Policy to ensure a productive and harmonious working environment across CCI Pakistan.
  • Collaboration with Group Office: Work closely with the Group Office team to execute centrally planned initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Organization Development Portfolio: Centrally plan and lead the Organization Development portfolio, focusing on Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement across CCI Pakistan in close collaboration with the Manager D&I and Engagement
  • Diversity & Inclusion Strategy: Collaborate with the Group Office Diversity and Inclusion team and the HRBP - D&I and Engagement to drive CCI Pakistan's Diversity & Inclusion strategy, aiming to create an inclusive and diverse work environment.
  • Change Management: Apply a structured change management methodology to support change initiatives, focusing on the people side of change and ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Employee Engagement Surveys: Lead the roll-out of employee engagement surveys, educating employees on the objectives, methodology, and process. Work with CCI and consultants to compile results, and ensure effective communication and action planning based on survey feedback.
  • Internal Communication Strategy: Ensure the execution of a well-structured internal communication strategy, creating positive communication with stakeholders, in alignment with EVP guidelines.
  • EVP Strategy Execution: Support the execution of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy for CCI Pakistan.
  • Collaboration with HR Leadership Team: Work closely with the HR Leadership Team to improve employee engagement and communication initiatives, streamline existing practices, and enhance process efficiency to meet business priorities.

Education

University / Undergraduate (Bachelor's Degree)
