Job Objective

Facilitate capability assessment and development of leadership and critical cross-functional skills at all levels in CCI PK in collaboration with Functional Leaders, HRLT & CCI Group. This position is responsibile for facilitating development of Leadership Curriculum to meet organizational goals and to enhance performance for a future ready workforce.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support L&D Manager to develop and execute Learning & Development Framework in close collaboration with Functional Heads,  CCI Group, PKLT, people managers to achieve Organization’s training objectives for enhancing productivity and capability of workforce.
  • Facilitate assessment of leadership and cross functional capability needs through a robust TNA to identify leadership & soft skills required at all levels to deliver organizational goals and vision.
  • Design & deploy learning interventions to embed change management, IMPACT behaviours & CCI Values in leaders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with HR BPs and external stakeholders for designing need specific modules and execute Capability Development Agenda
  • Ensure compliance with data keeping protocols of training interventions in LMS

Education

University / Undergraduate (Bachelor's Degree)

Minimum Total Experience

Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
