Job Objective
Facilitate capability assessment and development of leadership and critical cross-functional skills at all levels in CCI PK in collaboration with Functional Leaders, HRLT & CCI Group. This position is responsibile for facilitating development of Leadership Curriculum to meet organizational goals and to enhance performance for a future ready workforce.
Main Responsibilities

Lead assessment of capability needs to identify gaps that need to be addressed for employee development.

Lead annual capability plan on ground in close collaboration with Group L&D team and Functional HRBPs to enhance critical skills required to meet leadership goals.

Design targeted training interventions based on 70-20-10 framework, leveraging technology and the latest training methodologies to provide experiential learning to employees as per their individual development plan.

Lead core L&D Programs and modules at a national level with a keen focus on training impact.

Track & report utilization of approved training budgets ensuring value addition to the organization through trained resources.
