Master Data Associate responsible for Managing Commercial Master Data

Mission Statement

Responsible for code creation in system and verifying the customer opening in line with MDM Policy. Responsible for Customer Master Data validity across all Commercial Systems

Main Responsibilities

1. Outlet, Distribution, Sampling & Personnel Code Creation ensuring all pre-requisites Outlet Confirmation / Rejection based on certain criteria and intimation to Sales team in case of missing information
2. Ensure Master data accuracy under his assigned MDM domain by calling retailers & using contact center complaints data; Manage outlet fold as per guidelines of his immediate supervisor; Updates service frequency as per recommendation from RTM Executive for both Presellers and Sales Developers
3. Channel Updation thru Sales team and reporting change in channels; Update Outlet Segment based on certain sales criteria
4. Update Outlet Master Data based on sales team & RTM Executive request such as Outlet Suppression / Unsuppression as per Suppression guidelines devised by his immediate supervisor; Sales Hierarchy or other classification
5. Distributions Stock management based on territory feedback, based on last 10days same stock report, management of wrong or missing stocks.
6. Assignation of promo codes against outlets in line with RGM team, for outlet grouping for reporting and control

Candidate Education

Intermediate with Good Computer Skills or Bachelors
