Job Objective

Manage & follow  Health & Safety Systems & implement all guidelines and plans that assures effective execution of H&S policy and 14 live saving rules mandatory and precautional measurements in line with local law’s and regulations, Corporate and international standards.

Main Responsibilities

Develop the overall plan for the factory HSE management system. Ensure that all essential HSE management systems are implemented across the factory and monitor the effectiveness of these management systems regularly. Provide regular updates to management about the progress of the HSE management system.

• Take priority measures to eliminate hazards at the source in accordance with job and workplace characteristics. Conduct assessments based on measurements and recommend necessary HSE measures, including the opinion of employees or their representatives. Monitor applications and provide updates to management.

• Conduct and participate in the process of EOSH risk assessment involving employees and line management. Control hazards with appropriate controls and periodically update risk assessments.

• Plan periodic controls, maintenance, and measurements to be made in the workplace with respect to HSE. Ensure the inventory of correct personal protective equipment in the workplace. Maintain correct levels and ensure testing of these PPEs (if required) and share reports.

• Carry out studies in compliance with local legislations related to HSE and TCCC KORE requirements. Maintain ISO certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). Follow and maintain routine safety and environmental analyses and permission documents from government agencies and follow-up on correspondence with legal authorities to stay up to date.

• Lead and implement all HSE projects including cultural programs (Hand in Hand 2.0, Cultural surveys, and action plans) in the factory. Maintain close monitoring about each step of projects and cultural programs and update management about the progress and give suggestions to improve.

Education

University / Undergraduate (Bachelor's Degree) in Engineering

Minimum Total Experience

Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years)
