Job Identification

We are looking for an SC Operator who is responsible responsible for executing the internal flow of materials and components on the production line within the plant, ensuring that each production line is continuously supplied to prevent downtime

What We Expect

  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of machines as per OEM standards.
  • Maintaining the factory machinery, he is operating.
  • Carrying out routine maintenance (Daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Reporting to his direct reporters in case of any deficiency.
  • Assist in fixing machines that have broken down, and take action to minimize stoppages.
  • Assist in annual maintenance in coordination with line foreman and production engineer.
  • Ensuring enough raw materials are fed into the machines on time and without delays.
  • Conducting periodic checks on output efficiency.
  • Gaining a thorough knowledge of a wide range of factory machinery and how it works to improve his capability. 
  • Receiving and handling machines, ensuring that all GMP (Quality and safety) measures and standards are applied and perfectly implemented.
  • Carry out the tasks assigned to him within his career level.
  • Adhering to international and local food safety requirements and taking care to avoid any violations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in FMCG industry is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Openness to change & diversity.
  • Team building skills.
  • Quality orientation & result oriented.
  • Stress and time management skills.
