Job Identification

We are looking for an Operator who is responsible for managing and controlling machinery and equipment on the production line to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output.

What We Expect

  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of machines as per OEM standards.
  • Maintaining the factory machinery, he/she is operating.
  • Carrying out routine maintenance (Daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Reporting to his/her direct reporters in case of any deficiency.
  • Assist in fixing machines that have broken down, and take action to minimize stoppages.
  • Assist in annual maintenance in coordination with line foreman and production engineer.
  • Ensuring enough raw materials are fed into the machines on time and without delays.
  • Conducting periodic checks on output efficiency.
  • Gaining a thorough knowledge of a wide range of factory machinery and how it works to improve his/her capability. 
  • Receiving and handling machines, ensuring that all GMP (Quality and safety) measures and standards are applied and perfectly implemented.
  • Carry out the tasks assigned to him/her within his/her career level.
  • Adhering to international and local food safety requirements and taking care to avoid any violations
