Job Identification
We are looking for Qulaified Operator who is responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring equipment operates efficiently, conducting quality control tests, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Ensures optimal resource consumption and contributes to process improvement.
What We Expect
- Raw Material and Production Compliance: Ensure all raw materials meet specifications and verify adherence to preparation steps in MMI for consistency with production plans.
- GMP and Sterilization Compliance: Maintain GMP standards in all critical areas, including syrup preparation, water treatment, and ensure the effectiveness of sterilization processes for syrup tanks and production lines.
- Chemical and Resource Monitoring: Optimize the use of chemicals, water, and syrup to ensure efficient consumption and improve overall production efficiency.
- Water Treatment and Maintenance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of water treatment units, monitor water stocks, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
- Quality Testing and Documentation: Perform necessary chemical, physical, and microbiological tests on raw materials and products, ensuring all results are properly documented and meet specifications.
- Vehicle and Equipment Inspections: Inspect agent and Post Mix vehicles, and ensure all production and water treatment equipment are in optimal condition.
- Trial Runs and Field Visits: Conduct trial runs for new products or packaging sizes and visit sites to assess brand operations (e.g., Freshness, Visit Market), providing detailed reports.
- Mix Quality Control: Inspect the quality and quantity of mixes before they are transferred to production lines to ensure they meet required standards.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators related to food safety, environmental standards, and quality control, and provide regular reports.
- Sugar Worker Oversight: Supervise sugar workers, ensuring their tasks are performed efficiently and according to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in microbiology/chemistry/chemical engineering.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferable.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Openness to change & diversity.

- Stress and time management skills.
- ISO management system certificates are a must.
