What We Expect

  • Realization of production schedule in order to provide the finished products with needs of sales and distribution.
  • Ensuring production activities are carried out within the operation expenses.
  • Managing preventive and productive maintenance programs via SAP PM Module in order to remain above target line efficiency in the production line.
  • Keeping track and monitoring necessary safety stocks are held in spare parts according to spare parts management procedure.
  • Monitoring, improving and reporting efficiency use of raw materials, packaging materials and auxiliary substances.
  • Monitoring all KPIs that designated as the operation target of the CCI system. (SAP PM, SAP PP, BW, TREX)
  • Implementing GMP culture and principles to ensure production activities are carried out in clean, tidy, hygienic environment, ensuring continuity of GMP application.
  • Reporting non-conformities, enabling all corrective and preventive actions are taken.
  • Ensuring that execution of works are done according to rules of Safety (Hand in Hand Safety), Environment and Food Safety, OHSAS (Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series) and EMS (Environmental Management System)
  • Managing and improving subordinated team that consists of engineer, foremen and operators.
  • To analyze the required investment necessity for responsible areas, and ensuring the correct implementation of budgeted investments.

Qualifications

  • University Graduate (electrical engineering faculties)
  • Good command of English and fluent in Turkish is must (both speaking & writing)
  • Minimum 4 years of Production job experience
  • Locate / willing to locate in Köyceğiz
  • Self-motivated and good motivator
  • Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
