Job Identification
Controlling month-end counting (Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Empties, Marketing Materials, Coolers, etc.), Spare Parts Counting, Fixed Assets Counting, Surprise Counting as well as ensuring the standardization of all documents used for inventory movement (any type), in all Plants (and Rented Warehouses if any),
Main Responsibilities
- Controlling month-end counting (Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Empties, Marketing Materials, Coolers, etc.), Spare Parts Counting, Fixed Assets Counting, Surprise Counting as well as ensuring the standardization of all documents used for inventory movement (any type), in all Plants (and Rented Warehouses if any),
- Safeguarding Company Assets & Inventories,
- Ensure all Stocks and Spare Parts are properly stored at all producing locations as per the CCI standards,
- Ensure effective controls over Scrap Sales, identification of improvement areas/anomalies in the process,
- Determining the Inventory and Fixed Assets to be disposed of the records according to the company procedures, collecting data for RFA (Request for Authorization) creation, organizing “Valuation Commission Decision” with the Tax Office and making necessary follow-up, preparing minutes, ensuring the results are reflected in the system and checking they are deducted at the end of the month,
- Controlling Fixed Assets Status/Changes in the SAP system,
- Preparing Inventory Stock Control Reports,
- Disposal operations and preparing scrap-out invoices. Accompanies to all destruction of all materials/products / raw materials which are held outside the company,
- Participating in Distributor/Market Audits,
- Accompanying distributor or warehouse closing processes by counting, preparing checklist, etc.,
- Checking incoming/outgoing documents.
